Ways to Fundraise
Walk or Run
Take on a sponsored walk, run, or hike. Whether it's a local 5k or a coast-to-coast challenge, every mile makes a difference.
Cycle
Cycle a route, complete a sportive, or take on a multi-day challenge. We've had supporters cycle the full perimeter of Wales for us.
Host an Event
Bake sales, quiz nights, raffles, and community gatherings are all great ways to raise funds and awareness in your local area.

VCDC Double Carten — 2018
Ten cyclists — veterans, serving soldiers, and blue light service members — cycled from Pembrokeshire to Cardiff and back again to raise money for the charity.
Perimeter of Wales Challenge
Walk, run, or cycle the 1,027 mile perimeter of Wales over 30 days — one of the most ambitious challenges our supporters have taken on.
